Production Method: Its preparation method is to use isonicotinic acid as a raw material, chlorinated with phosphorus oxychloride to obtain 2-chloropyridine-4-carboxylic acid, and then react with ammonia to generate the corresponding amide, and then carry out Hoff Mann degradation reaction to obtain product.
